Today we decided to create little presents for our Mommies and Daddies. I think those ornaments will last forever on family Christmas trees.
The idea of this ornament came from here
We used painted styrol foam balls and our little hands. Look how pretty our decorations!
Happy Holidays for everyone!
Yesterday we finished first semester of our art studio.
We were in rush to finish our winter wreaths. That was amazing team work, which combined different techniques such as sculpturing with play dough, modelling base for wreath and whole design of it.
Wow... A few day for Christmas! Children's parties started and we create new and new adventure for our little ones. Today I met Grandpa Fros and his Granddaughter. So much fun and presents!
It is a wonderful team of teachers and their families!
But behind the parties we are working on our presents.
Our class was about little pine tree, growing in the forest and has a lot of friends. And how it happens in stories - we had a happy end! Little boy decorated tree in a forest and tree brought a lot of joy and fun for many-many years.
Little children created pine tree. they looked gorgeous!
Next class we will decorate them with sparkles.
Come and see how it will look like!
Older children created new play dough ornaments and paint them!
And again about community helpers. We discussed with children abut people who help us in everyday life. Children talk about Mom and Dad occupation, explain what they do in their life. But everyone wanted to be fire fighter. Today we play fire fighters!
Bom! Bom! Bom! Fire truck rush to the fire!
We used classic music to present anxiety and danger of fire. Children followed music and present different movement.
Pumps are pumping water!(This is the best gross motor activity ever!)
We started to learn about our community . Where we live? What we do? Who help us to live comfortable?
That is how we create our town. Math , shapes, colours sizes and, of course language, that what we learn through the lesson.
If you are interested in our class just mail to me and I will share details.
